Best EV For Sale operates a specialized listing and lead marketplace for used electric and hybrid vehicles. This Dealer Agreement sets out the basic requirements and responsibilities that apply when a participating dealer uses the platform to access seller listings and communicate with sellers.
Best EV For Sale provides the technology that facilitates these connections. It does not own, buy, sell, inspect, certify, finance, broker, or take title to vehicles listed on the platform.
Dealers must provide accurate account and business information when registering for the platform.
Best EV For Sale may require information reasonably necessary to establish or maintain a dealer account and may restrict or suspend access when an account does not meet applicable platform requirements.
Dealers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their account.
Participating dealers may receive access to eligible seller listings according to the marketplace's current access rules and Dealer48™ Rules.
Available listing information may include seller-provided vehicle details, photos, documentation, mileage, VIN-related information, battery information, and other information associated with the listing.
Access to a listing does not mean that Best EV For Sale has independently verified the information.
Seller contact information may become available to an eligible dealer when the applicable listing-access or unlock requirements have been satisfied.
The availability of seller contact information may depend on the listing, dealer account, credits, Dealer48™ Rules, and other applicable marketplace requirements.
Dealers must use seller contact information only for legitimate marketplace-related purposes and in accordance with applicable law and their obligations under this Agreement.
Where applicable, dealers may use platform credits to unlock eligible seller listings.
An unlock provides access to the information or contact details specified by the applicable platform feature. Unlocking a listing does not guarantee:
A seller response
A seller's interest in selling
A particular vehicle condition
An offer from the dealer
Exclusivity
A completed transaction
A particular purchase price
Dealer profit
A refund
Credit purchases, including applicable refund or credit treatment, are governed by the Credit Purchase and Refund Policy.
Dealers are responsible for independently evaluating every vehicle and seller before making an offer or completing a transaction.
This may include verifying:
Vehicle identity
VIN
Mileage
Ownership
Title status
Liens or payoff information
Vehicle history
Condition
Battery information
Documentation
Seller identity
Pricing and transaction terms
Best EV For Sale does not perform these checks on behalf of dealers unless a specific platform service expressly states otherwise.
Dealers are responsible for all communications with sellers after receiving applicable seller contact information.
Dealers must communicate accurately and comply with applicable laws governing telephone calls, text messages, email, marketing communications, privacy, and consumer protection.
Dealers must not use seller information for unrelated marketing or sell or improperly transfer seller information to unauthorized third parties.
Any offer made by a dealer is made by the dealer and is subject to the terms communicated by the dealer.
Offers sent through the platform are non-binding unless the parties separately enter into a legally binding agreement.
Buyers, sellers, and dealers are responsible for negotiating and completing transactions directly.
Best EV For Sale does not determine:
Purchase price
Trade-in value
Financing terms
Inspection results
Title or registration requirements
Payment arrangements
Transportation arrangements
Final transaction terms
Vehicle information may come from sellers, third-party sources, vehicle systems, uploaded documentation, or AI-assisted tools.
AI-assisted information may contain errors or omissions.
Documentation Scores, Lead Strength Scores, battery information, vehicle specifications, and other marketplace information are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee, certification, inspection, valuation, or representation by Best EV For Sale.
Dealers must independently verify information before relying on it.
Dealers must not:
Use seller information for unrelated purposes
Sell or transfer seller information without authorization
Use the platform to facilitate fraudulent activity
Misrepresent offers or transaction terms
Circumvent platform access requirements
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
Use automated methods to access information without authorization
Violate applicable privacy, communications, advertising, or consumer-protection laws
Best EV For Sale does not guarantee that:
A dealer will receive a response
A seller will accept an offer
A vehicle will match its listing
A transaction will occur
A transaction will be profitable
A vehicle will meet a dealer's requirements
Any particular number or quality of leads will be available
The platform provides access and connection tools only.
Best EV For Sale may restrict, suspend, or terminate dealer access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, data, or marketplace integrity, including for violations of this Agreement or applicable platform rules.
Any unused credits or other account balances will be handled according to the applicable Credit Purchase and Refund Policy.
Dealers are responsible for their own business activities, communications, offers, inspections, purchases, payments, title work, transportation, taxes, licensing, regulatory compliance, and transactions with sellers.
Using the Best EV For Sale platform does not transfer these responsibilities to Best EV For Sale.
Best EV For Sale may update this Dealer Agreement when its services, marketplace rules, dealer-access process, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Where required by applicable law, additional notice may be provided.
