Best EV For Sale provides technology that helps buyers, sellers, and participating dealers connect. We do not own, buy, sell, inspect, certify, finance, broker, guarantee, or take title to vehicles listed on the platform.
Best EV For Sale provides a platform for vehicle listings and connections between marketplace participants.
Best EV For Sale does not participate in or control negotiations or transactions between buyers, sellers, and dealers.
Best EV For Sale does not handle or guarantee:
Vehicle inspections
Vehicle condition
Title or ownership status
Financing
Payment
Registration
Transportation or delivery
Final transaction terms
Completion of a vehicle sale
Buyers, sellers, and dealers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and completing transactions directly.
Certain platform features may require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your account information reasonably current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Seller, dealer, and other specialized accounts may be subject to additional agreements and requirements.
Sellers are responsible for the information they provide in vehicle listings.
Listing information may include vehicle specifications, mileage, VIN-related information, photos, descriptions, documentation, battery information, pricing, and other vehicle details.
Vehicle information may come from sellers, third-party sources, vehicle systems, uploaded documentation, or AI-assisted tools.
Best EV For Sale does not independently verify every listing detail. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it or completing a transaction.
Sellers agree to:
Provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge
Have the right to list the vehicle
Avoid knowingly false or misleading information
Provide accurate ownership and title information
Use accurate photos and documentation
Update material listing information when necessary
Respond to interested buyers or dealers at their discretion
Comply with applicable laws relating to the sale of their vehicle
Additional seller obligations may apply under the Seller Agreement.
Buyers are responsible for independently evaluating vehicles before completing a purchase.
Buyers should review available documentation and independently verify relevant information, including vehicle condition, history, mileage, title, ownership, battery information, recalls, and other material details.
Best EV For Sale does not guarantee that information provided in a listing is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purchase decision.
Participating dealers may receive access to eligible seller listings according to the applicable marketplace and Dealer48™ Rules.
Where applicable, dealers may use platform credits or other access mechanisms to unlock eligible seller listings and receive applicable seller contact information.
Dealer access does not guarantee:
Seller response
Seller interest
A dealer offer
A particular offer amount
Exclusive access
A completed transaction
Dealer profit
The specific Dealer48™ access process is governed by the current Dealer48™ Rules.
When applicable seller contact information is made available to a participating dealer, the dealer and seller may communicate directly.
Best EV For Sale does not control communications, negotiations, offers, or agreements between users.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws governing telephone calls, text messages, email, marketing communications, privacy, and consumer protection.
Offers made by dealers or other marketplace participants are made by those parties.
Offers sent through the platform are non-binding unless the parties separately enter into a legally binding agreement.
Best EV For Sale does not determine or guarantee:
Offer amounts
Purchase prices
Vehicle values
Financing terms
Inspection results
Payment arrangements
Title requirements
Transaction terms
Transaction completion
The parties are responsible for negotiating and completing any transaction directly.
Certain dealer or marketplace features may require credits or other payments.
Credits may be used only according to the applicable platform rules.
Purchases and refunds are governed by the applicable Credit Purchase and Refund Policy.
Purchasing or using credits does not guarantee seller contact, seller response, an offer, a transaction, or any particular outcome.
Best EV For Sale may use AI-assisted tools for certain platform functions, including vehicle data processing, VIN decoding, photo or video processing, and summaries.
AI-assisted information may contain errors or omissions.
Documentation Scores, Lead Strength Scores, battery information, vehicle specifications, and other marketplace information are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee, certification, inspection, valuation, or representation by Best EV For Sale.
Users remain responsible for independently verifying information.
You may use the platform only for lawful marketplace-related purposes.
You must not:
Create fraudulent or misleading listings
Impersonate another person or business
Provide knowingly false information
Misuse seller or dealer contact information
Access information without authorization
Circumvent platform access or credit requirements
Use automated methods to access platform information without authorization
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform
Use the platform for unlawful activity
Violate applicable privacy, communications, consumer-protection, or other laws
Information shared through the platform must be handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy, Data Sharing Policy With Dealers, Seller Agreement, Dealer Agreement, and other applicable policies.
Users must not sell, improperly transfer, or misuse personal information obtained through the platform.
Best EV For Sale may remove, restrict, suspend, or modify listings or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or applicable policies, address suspected fraud or misuse, protect users or the platform, or comply with applicable law.
Best EV For Sale may also restrict access to platform features where an account does not meet applicable eligibility or program requirements.
Best EV For Sale does not guarantee:
That listings will receive views or inquiries
That sellers will respond
That dealers will contact sellers
That dealers will make offers
That buyers will make offers
That listing information is accurate or complete
That a vehicle meets a particular condition
That a vehicle has a particular value
That a transaction will occur
That a transaction will be completed within a particular timeframe
Buyers, sellers, and dealers communicate and complete transactions directly.
Best EV For Sale is not a party to transactions between marketplace users unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Users are responsible for their own inspections, verification, negotiations, payments, title transfers, transportation, taxes, registration, and other transaction requirements.
The platform may use third-party services to provide functions such as hosting, analytics, communications, payment processing, security, and other technical services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Best EV For Sale may suspend or terminate access to an account or platform feature when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, applicable policies, security requirements, or legal obligations.
Users may stop using the platform at any time, subject to any obligations that survive termination under applicable agreements.
Best EV For Sale may update these Terms when its services, platform features, marketplace rules, or legal requirements change.
