By creating a seller account, publishing a vehicle listing, or using seller features on Best EV For Sale, you agree to this Seller Agreement and the applicable Best EV For Sale marketplace policies.
Best EV For Sale operates a specialized listing and lead marketplace for used electric and hybrid vehicles. We provide technology that helps sellers list vehicles and connect with buyers and participating dealers. Best EV For Sale does not own, buy, sell, inspect, certify, finance, broker, guarantee, or take title to vehicles listed on the platform.
When you create and publish a vehicle listing, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for reviewing your listing before publishing it and for updating information when material details change.
You must have the right to list the vehicle and must not knowingly provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Information in a listing may include vehicle details, mileage, VIN-related information, photos, videos, documentation, vehicle history, condition information, battery information, pricing, and other information provided by you.
Best EV For Sale does not independently verify every item in a listing.
Vehicle information may also come from third-party sources, vehicle systems, uploaded documents, or AI-assisted tools. Such information may be incomplete or inaccurate.
You are responsible for reviewing information associated with your listing and correcting information that you know to be inaccurate.
Eligible seller listings may be made available to participating dealers according to the current Dealer48™ Rules.
After the applicable Dealer48™ period, eligible listings may become available to marketplace buyers according to the marketplace rules.
Listing visibility, dealer access, and marketplace availability may depend on the applicable platform rules and listing status.
Best EV For Sale does not guarantee that your listing will receive dealer interest, buyer interest, an offer, a response, or a completed transaction.
When a participating dealer receives access to your contact information according to the applicable Dealer48™ and marketplace rules, that dealer may contact you directly.
You understand that Best EV For Sale does not control communications between you and a dealer.
You may decide whether to respond to a dealer, discuss an offer, negotiate terms, or proceed with a transaction.
Any offer made by a participating dealer is made by that dealer.
Offers sent through the platform are non-binding unless you and the dealer separately enter into a legally binding agreement.
Best EV For Sale does not determine or guarantee:
Offer amounts
Purchase prices
Vehicle valuations
Transaction terms
Financing terms
Inspection results
Whether a dealer will purchase the vehicle
You are responsible for deciding whether to accept, reject, or negotiate any offer.
As a seller, you are responsible for:
Providing accurate listing information
Having the legal right to sell the vehicle
Providing accurate ownership and title information
Disclosing known material vehicle information as required by applicable law
Providing accurate mileage and vehicle identification information
Ensuring that uploaded photos and documents relate to the listed vehicle
Responding to buyers or dealers at your discretion
Completing any transaction directly with the buyer or dealer
You should independently verify transaction requirements, payment arrangements, title requirements, and other applicable obligations before completing a sale.
You must not use Best EV For Sale to:
Create fraudulent or misleading listings
List a vehicle you do not have the right to sell
Provide knowingly false vehicle information
Upload documents that do not relate to the listed vehicle
Impersonate another person or business
Attempt to manipulate marketplace information
Use the platform for unlawful activity
Circumvent applicable marketplace or Dealer48™ access rules
Best EV For Sale may remove or restrict listings or accounts that violate applicable platform rules.
When you choose to make a listing available for dealer contact, applicable seller contact information may be shared with participating dealers according to the platform's data-sharing and Dealer48™ rules.
You should not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in public listing fields.
Information shared with dealers is subject to the applicable Data Sharing Policy With Dealers and Privacy Policy.
Best EV For Sale provides the technology used to create listings and facilitate connections.
The actual transaction takes place directly between the seller and buyer or dealer.
Best EV For Sale does not:
Inspect the vehicle
Verify the vehicle's condition
Guarantee title status
Handle payment
Finance the purchase
Arrange ownership transfer
Broker the transaction
Take title to the vehicle
Guarantee delivery or transportation
Guarantee that a transaction will occur
You and the other party are responsible for independently verifying information and completing the transaction.
You understand that Best EV For Sale does not inspect or certify vehicles before they are listed.
Buyers and dealers may independently inspect or evaluate a vehicle before completing a transaction.
You should provide accurate information and documentation and cooperate with reasonable verification requests from interested buyers or dealers.
Best EV For Sale may remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate a listing or account when reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, address suspected fraud or misuse, protect users, or comply with applicable law.
If a listing is removed or restricted, Best EV For Sale may provide additional information where appropriate.
Creating a listing does not guarantee that the vehicle will sell.
Best EV For Sale does not guarantee:
A dealer response
A buyer response
A dealer offer
A particular offer amount
A particular sale price
A completed transaction
A specific timeframe for sale
Sellers remain in control of whether they respond to interested parties or proceed with a transaction.
Creating a listing does not create an agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or brokerage relationship between you and Best EV For Sale.
Best EV For Sale provides a technology platform for listings and connections between marketplace participants.
Your use of seller features is also subject to applicable Best EV For Sale policies, including:

If there is a conflict between this Seller Agreement and another applicable agreement or policy, the controlling document will be determined according to the applicable Terms of Service and legal agreements.
Best EV For Sale may update this Seller Agreement when its services, marketplace rules, seller features, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Where required by applicable law, additional notice may be provided.
