Dealer48™ is an early-access feature that allows participating dealers to discover eligible seller listings before those listings may become available to marketplace buyers.
Eligible seller listings may be made available to participating dealers during the applicable Dealer48™ early-access period.
During the Dealer48™ period, participating dealers may:
Review available vehicle information
Review seller-provided listing details
Review available documentation and battery information
Unlock eligible listings when the applicable platform requirements are satisfied
Access seller contact information when an eligible listing is successfully unlocked
Dealer48™ access is subject to the applicable listing, dealer account, credit, and marketplace requirements.
Not every listing or dealer account is necessarily eligible for Dealer48™.
Eligibility may depend on:
Listing status
Seller participation
Dealer account status
Applicable marketplace requirements
Available platform access or credits
The current Dealer48™ program rules
Best EV For Sale may restrict or remove Dealer48™ access when reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, protect users, or comply with applicable requirements.
The Dealer48™ early-access period begins when an eligible seller listing enters the Dealer48™ program.
The applicable Dealer48™ period is displayed or otherwise communicated through the platform where applicable.
During the active period, eligible participating dealers may access the listing according to the applicable program requirements.
When the Dealer48™ period ends, the listing may become available to marketplace buyers according to the applicable marketplace rules.
Listing availability may change if a seller removes, updates, sells, or otherwise changes the status of a listing.
Participating dealers may unlock eligible listings when the applicable platform requirements have been satisfied.
An unlock provides the dealer with the information or seller contact access specified by the applicable platform feature.
Unlocking a listing does not guarantee:
A seller response
Seller interest in selling
A dealer offer
A particular offer amount
Successful negotiation
A completed transaction
Exclusivity
Dealer profit
Applicable credit purchases and refunds are governed by the Credit Purchase and Refund Policy.
When a participating dealer successfully unlocks an eligible listing, the dealer may receive access to the seller's contact information according to the applicable platform rules.
The dealer and seller communicate directly after contact information is made available.
Best EV For Sale does not participate in negotiations or complete transactions between dealers and sellers.
Where applicable, sellers may receive platform notifications relating to Dealer48™ activity, including dealer access or contact activity associated with their listing.
Notification availability may depend on the seller's account settings, listing status, and applicable platform functionality.
Dealers are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying vehicle and seller information before making an offer or proceeding with a transaction.
Dealers must use seller contact information only for legitimate marketplace-related purposes and comply with applicable privacy, communications, advertising, and consumer-protection laws.
After the applicable Dealer48™ early-access period ends, eligible listings may become available to marketplace buyers according to the marketplace rules.
The end of the Dealer48™ period does not guarantee that a listing will receive buyer interest, dealer interest, an offer, or a completed transaction.
Dealer48™ provides a marketplace connection feature.
Best EV For Sale does not:
Inspect vehicles
Certify vehicle condition
Negotiate on behalf of users
Handle payment
Transfer title
Arrange registration
Guarantee financing
Arrange pickup or delivery
Guarantee a transaction
Inspections, negotiations, payment, paperwork, title transfer, pickup, and delivery are handled directly by the parties involved.

A particular offer amount
Vehicle availability
Successful negotiation

Best EV For Sale may update these Dealer48™ Rules when the program, platform functionality, marketplace requirements, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Where required by applicable law, additional notice may be provided.
