Credit refunds, adjustments, or replacements are subject to this policy. Unlocking a listing does not automatically qualify for a refund because seller response, vehicle availability, and transaction completion are not guaranteed.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Credits may be returned when a lead qualifies under this policy (for example: incorrect contact information, duplicate listing, or a fraudulent listing).
Credits have no cash value and may only be used on Best EV for Sale.
